Terms Of Service
1. Service Definition & Applicable Scope
Platform services refer to all functional services, interactive services, information services and supporting maintenance services independently provided and operated by the platform, including all open service modules and subsequent upgraded and expanded service contents. These terms apply to all users who access, browse, register and use platform services, regardless of user usage time, usage frequency and service participation degree. Any behavior of entering the platform and using service functions is regarded as acceptance of these service rules.
The platform reserves the right to define and divide service types, and can distinguish basic public services and personalized value-added services according to service attributes. Different service modules will implement corresponding standardized use rules on the premise of complying with the general terms of service, to ensure the pertinence and standardization of service management.
2. User Qualification & Use Commitment
Users shall have independent and valid service use qualification when using platform services, and shall ensure that all operation behaviors and submitted information are true, legal and valid. Users promise not to use platform services to carry out any behaviors that violate public order and good customs, disrupt service operation, infringe on third-party rights and interests or violate service specifications.
Users shall bear full responsibility for all personal operation behaviors and content released on the platform. If user non-compliant operations cause platform service abnormality, operation loss or third-party rights infringement, the platform has the right to restrict user service qualifications and reserve the right to pursue corresponding responsibilities.
3. Platform Service Operation & Maintenance Specifications
The platform will maintain the daily stable operation of service functions, regularly carry out system detection, safety maintenance and function optimization, and continuously improve service fluency and user experience. In order to ensure the long-term healthy operation of the platform, the platform may carry out temporary service suspension, function closing and system upgrading according to maintenance needs, and will try to avoid maintenance operations during user peak usage periods.
The platform will actively collect user feedback and reasonable optimization suggestions, combine with industry service standards and operational practice experience, continuously adjust service details, solve existing service problems, and improve the completeness and professionalism of the overall service system.
4. Service Restriction & Qualification Management Rules
In order to maintain public service order and ensure the legitimate rights and interests of most users, the platform will impose corresponding service restriction measures on users who violate service specifications. Restriction methods include but are not limited to function use restriction, service authority suspension, abnormal operation prohibition and other standardized management measures.
The platform will make objective judgment on user non-compliant behaviors according to operation records and system data, and formulate reasonable restriction schemes. Users have the right to put forward appeals for mistaken restrictions through official channels, and the platform will re-verify and give a clear processing result in a timely manner.
5. Service Termination & Settlement Rules
Users can voluntarily stop using platform services at any time. When users stop using services for a long time or take the initiative to abandon service qualifications, the platform will retain user historical data according to data protection rules, and users can apply for data cleaning and authority cancellation through official channels.
If users seriously violate service terms and cause adverse effects on platform operation, the platform has the right to terminate the service qualification of the user unilaterally. After the termination of service qualification, the user shall no longer enjoy all platform service rights, and shall still bear the corresponding responsibilities arising from previous non-compliant behaviors.
6. Supplementary Provisions & Final Interpretation
These terms constitute the entire service agreement between the platform and users, and replace all previous informal service agreements and verbal commitments. If individual clauses of these terms are adjusted or updated, the latest public announcement content shall prevail. The unupdated clauses will continue to take effect and bind the service behaviors of both parties.
In the process of service operation, if any service scenario is not covered by these terms, the platform can make supplementary specifications according to the principle of standardized and fair service. All supplementary rules and updated clauses are part of these Terms of Service and have the same service binding force.
